At Bypasso, we strive to provide the best AI text humanization service. We understand that sometimes a service may not meet your expectations, and we've designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Bypasso subscription at any time through your PayPal account or by contacting our support team. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to your paid features until the subscription expires
- Your word quota will remain available until the end of the billing cycle
- No further charges will be made after the current period ends
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time
How to Cancel
Option 1: Via PayPal
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Go to Settings → Payments
- Click on Manage automatic payments
- Find "Bypasso" in the list
- Click Cancel
Option 2: Contact Support
Message us on WhatsApp at 212630198695 with your account email and we'll cancel your subscription immediately.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
✓ Eligible for Refund
- Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable or non-functional for more than 48 consecutive hours
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period
- First Payment: Full refund within 7 days of first subscription payment if you've used less than 10% of your word quota
- Unauthorized Charges: If a charge was made without your authorization
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
- Subscription renewals after the first payment
- If you've used more than 10% of your monthly word quota
- Change of mind after using the service
- If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial month refunds (subscriptions are billed monthly in advance)
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your account email and reason for the refund request
- Include your PayPal transaction ID (if available)
- We'll review your request within 1-2 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. When you cancel, you retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Example: If you cancel on day 15 of a 30-day billing cycle, you will have access for the remaining 15 days with no refund for the unused portion.
Downgrades
You can downgrade your subscription (e.g., from Business to Pro) at any time:
- The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- You'll continue to have access to your current plan until the next billing date
- No refund will be issued for the current billing period
Billing Disputes
If you believe there's an error with your billing, please contact us immediately at 212630198695 before disputing the charge with PayPal. We're committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
Free Trial
New users receive a free trial with limited word quota. No payment information is required for the free trial, and you will not be automatically charged when your trial ends. You must actively choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
